Our 34th Cat Gathering is on August 22, 2026
The annual Arey’s Pond Cat Gathering brings together Arey’s Pond catboat owners and sailing enthusiasts for a parade of sail through Pleasant Bay celebrating classic boats, friendly racing, and the community that has made these iconic catboats a Cape Cod tradition. Followed by an award ceremony, it’s a chance to reconnect with old friends, welcome new sailors, and enjoy the sailing season.

Cat Gathering Entry Form 2026
Sign up for our 34th Annual Cat Gathering on August 22, 2026. Registration fee is $55 per boat — all proceeds are donated to Friends of Pleasant Bay and Sipson Island Trust. Check (made out to "Arey's Pond Boat Yard") or cash can be mailed or dropped off at the APBY office.
