This boat is a real beauty, in very good condition and ready to sail. She was owned by a board member of the Landing School in Arundel, ME for many years. The current owner bought the boat several years ago with the intention of making her as close to as new condition as possible. The topsides were repainted flag blue Awlgrip by Portland Yacht Services in 2022. Following a summer of light sailing in Rye Harbor, NH the boat was brought to Arey’s Pond where it was given a generous facelift. The cabin top, deck and spars were all freshly painted. Non-skid was added where necessary on the cabin top to mitigate slipping on the curved surface. A new low-profile hatch replaced the old hatch. New halyard organizers and a self-tailing winch were added for ease of raising the peak and throat. The port rub rail was replaced and bronze half round was added all around the rails. Winter of 2023-2024 Portland Yacht Services redid the flag blue topsides due to scratching from a mooring pennant. The motor is as close to new as possible with less than 10 hours on it. Sail is a tan Quantum sail in very good condition. Interior and exterior cushions are all in very fine shape. Navy blue exterior cushions are Sunbrella and interior cushions are grey blue. Included are Quantum Tanbark sail, sail cover, cushions, compass, bronze bell, VHF, running lights, fire extinguisher, Tohatsu 2024 long shaft 6HP SailPro motor and 1985 EZ Loader trailer.
