This 2004 Arey's Cabin Lynx has been maintained by Arey’s Pond Boat Yard and is in excellent condition and is ready to sail. She includes teak centerboard enclosure, forward bronze porthole, interior lights, running lights, steaming light/deck light, marine battery, teak seats, 6" raised gooseneck, Harken swivel mainsheet, flag halyard and pigstick, tiller tamer, brass rubrail, Jiffy reefing, 5/16" braided line, Lazy Jacks, seat cushions, boom tent, Porta Potti,  compass, wood blocks w/ bronze sheaves, custom bronze motor mount, two anchors and a 2003 4 HP / 4 stroke Tohatsu motor.
