Motivated seller, this 1971 Arey's Cat is in good condition for her age and ready to sail. Wooden mast and spars are in very good shape as well as the wood trim and seats. The Suzuki 2.5 HP motor is 5 years old and runs well. The boat has been garaged during winters and regularly maintained. Sail #007, this boat is a regular on Pleasant Bay and kept on Arey's Pond. No trailer included but Arey's Pond Boat Yard will work with you if you'd like to purchase a trailer. This is a motivated seller who needs to make room for a new boat.
