Mistress is in meticulous condition and has been stored inside and maintained by Arey's Pond Boat Yard since 1996. She is a great boat for a day sail or overnighting in the waters of Cape Cod. She includes a 2006 6 HP Tohatsu motor, solid aluminum-no hinge mast, new mainsail in 2012 with reefs, new tiller cover, one new and one used sail cover, indoor cabin cushions, compass, paddle, Porta-Potti and US flag.
